Videos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of completing your order and answering your guided questions. You'll receive your video by email the moment it's ready — it's yours to keep forever. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Your $29 one-time payment includes: 3 guided questions to personalize your healing script, an AI-generated script written specifically for your experience, a Ghibli-style animated video featuring your chosen child character, your chosen guide voice delivering your healing words, and delivery to your email — your video is yours to keep forever. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.

When it launches, any photo you choose to share will be used solely to create your video, stored securely, and never shared or sold.

If there is a technical issue with your video — it won't play, the animation looks incorrect, or the audio doesn't match — please contact us with your order details and we will remake it at no charge. We want your experience to be exactly what it should be.

Yes. Once your video is complete, you'll receive it by email, and it's yours to keep forever — save it, watch it whenever you need it, and share it only if and when you choose to.

Because each video is custom-created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If there is a technical problem with your video, we will remake it at no charge. If you have concerns before your video is created, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We use your email address to deliver your video and communicate about your order. Your answers to the guided questions are used only to generate your personal healing script. When photo personalization becomes available in the future, any photo you provide will be used solely to create your video. We do not sell, share, or use your information for advertising. Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe with bank-level security.
