No. Love Little Me is not therapy and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. We are not licensed clinical doctors, therapists, or medical professionals, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

Love Little Me is a creative and emotional wellness experience — a personalized video designed to help you connect with and offer compassion to your younger self. Many people find it a meaningful complement to their existing healing work, but it is not clinical care.

Videos are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of completing your order and answering your guided questions. You will receive an email notification the moment your video is ready, and it will also be available to download from your confirmation page.

Your $29 one-time payment includes: 3 guided questions to personalize your healing script, an AI-generated script written specifically for your experience, a Ghibli-style animated video featuring your childhood photo, your chosen guide voice delivering your healing words, delivery to your email, and the ability to download and keep your video forever. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.

The best photos are clear, well-lit images of your face as a child — ideally between ages 3 and 10. Your face should be clearly visible and facing forward. Solo photos tend to produce better results than group photos.

Old printed photos scanned with your phone work perfectly. Any photo from your phone or computer is accepted — JPG, PNG, or HEIC format, up to 10MB.

If we cannot process your photo — because the image is too blurry, too dark, the face is not clearly visible, or the file doesn't meet our requirements — we will email you with a clear explanation and simple instructions for resubmitting a different photo. Your order will not be cancelled and you will not be charged again.

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files up to 10MB. This covers virtually every photo taken on an iPhone, Android, or digital camera. If you're scanning an old printed photo, save it as a JPG at normal quality — that will work perfectly.

Yes. Your photo is used solely to create your healing video and is stored securely. We do not share, sell, or use your photo for any other purpose. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there. If it's been more than 48 hours and you haven't received anything, please contact us using the form below with your order email address and we will look into it immediately.

If there is a technical issue with your video — it won't play, the animation looks incorrect, or the audio doesn't match — please contact us with your order details and we will remake it at no charge. We want your experience to be exactly what it should be.

Yes. Once your video is complete, you will receive it by email and can also download it directly from your order confirmation page. Your video is yours to keep forever — save it, watch it whenever you need it, and share it only if and when you choose to.

Because each video is custom-created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If there is a technical problem with your video, we will remake it at no charge. If you have concerns before your video is created, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We use your email address to deliver your video and communicate about your order. We use your photo solely to create your healing video. Your answers to the guided questions are used only to generate your personal healing script. We do not sell, share, or use your information for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe with bank-level security.
