Our promise

What you share with Love Little Me is personal, and we treat it that way. We collect only what we need to create your video and support you, we use it only for that purpose, and we never sell it. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you use Love Little Me, we may collect:

• Your email address — used to deliver your video and communicate about your order
• Your selections — the wound you choose, the child character you select, and the guide voice you choose
• Your answers to the reflective questions — used solely to generate your personalized healing script
• A record of your consent — that you agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at checkout
• Your childhood photo — only if a photo option is offered and you choose to upload one, and used solely to create your personalized video
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Basic usage data — such as pages visited, to help us improve the platform

How we use your information

We use your information only to provide the service you have paid for. Specifically:

• Your email is used to deliver your video, send order confirmations, and respond to support requests
• Your selections and answers are used to create your personalized video and healing script
• Your photo, if you provide one, is used only to create your video and is not used for anything else
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use your reflections for advertising

Data storage, security, and retention

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard protections.

We keep your reflective answers and any childhood photo you provide only for as long as we need them to create your video, plus a short window of up to 24 hours after your video has been sent — held only in case a correction or fix is needed. After that 24-hour window, your answers and your photo are deleted.

We keep your email address and a basic record of your order longer, only as needed for receipts, support, and our own records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at infolovelittleme@gmail.com.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing
• Anthropic — for AI script generation
• ElevenLabs — for voice generation

Each operates under its own privacy policy, and we share only the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at infolovelittleme@gmail.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Love Little Me is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not direct the Service to children and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Love Little Me after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
