1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Love Little Me (the “Service”), and by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use Love Little Me

You must be at least 18 years old to use Love Little Me and to make a purchase. The Service is intended for adults reflecting on their own childhood experiences. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are using it for yourself.

3. What you are purchasing

When you pay $29, you are purchasing one personalized animated healing video, created specifically for you based on the wound you select, the reflections you share, the child character you choose, and the guide voice you select. This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Your video is delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. The reflections and information you share

The questions in Love Little Me are optional and open-ended, and you are always free to skip any of them. You are responsible for what you choose to share. Please do not include other people’s private information, and please share only what feels safe for you to share.

You grant Love Little Me a limited license to use the reflections you provide and the selections you make solely to create and deliver your personalized video, and to provide you with support. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising. How we handle and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

If a childhood-photo option is offered and you choose to upload a photo, you confirm that the photo is of you as a child and that you have the right to use it. You grant Love Little Me a limited license to use that photo solely to create your personalized video, and we will not use it for any other purpose.

We keep your answers and any photo you provide only as long as we need them to make your video, plus up to 24 hours after it has been sent in case a fix is needed; after that, they are deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Not a medical or therapeutic service

As stated in the disclaimer above, Love Little Me is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and we are not licensed clinicians. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are using a creative, personal-reflection experience and not clinical care, and that you remain responsible for seeking professional support where it is needed.

6. Your video and our content

When your video is complete, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to keep and view your finished video for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell it or present it as your own creation.

All other elements of the Service — including the platform, the wound templates, the reflective questions, the character artwork, the healing-script framework, the guide voices, and the Love Little Me name and branding — remain the property of Love Little Me and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

7. Refunds

Because each video is custom-made for you, we are generally unable to offer refunds once production of your video has begun. If there is a technical problem with your video, we will gladly remake it at no additional charge. If you have a concern before your video is in production, please reach out to us at infolovelittleme@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use Love Little Me only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to interfere with or circumvent its systems, or use it in any way intended to harm yourself or others or to violate the rights of others.

9. Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate, including Stripe for payment processing, Anthropic for AI script generation, and ElevenLabs for voice generation. Each operates under its own terms and privacy policies, and we share only the minimum information necessary for each to perform its function.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular emotional, therapeutic, or other outcome from using Love Little Me.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Little Me and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any emotional distress, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for it ($29).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Love Little Me after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
